자기 직전에 휴대폰을 안하는 습관이 들었다. 예전에는 자기 전에 핸드폰 안하는게 노력해도 안돼서 고민했는데 유럽에 다녀오고 감사하게도 좋은 습관이 들었다.어떻게 이 습관이 가능했는지 몇가지 이유가 있다.1) 내 방의 물건들이 좋다. 몇년 전부터 내가 쓰는 침대, 내가 쓰는 로션 등을 비싸더라도 좋은 물건으로 채우기 시작했다. 그러니깐 내 방에 있는 것들을 누리기 시작했고, 스마트폰 대신 요가매트에서 테니스를 위한 스트레칭 해야지 라는 생각이 더 커지기 시작했다. 내 방에서 가치가 제일 없는 물건이 스마트폰이 됐다.2) 재밌는 앱이 없다인스타그램, 네이버, 유튜브 등 앱이 없고 카톡 친구에는 우리 가족밖에 등록이 안 되어 있다. 스마트폰에 재밌는 앱이 없다. 오히려 일로 가득찬 gmail앱 등이 있어서 스..
